Men's Hormone Care

Feel like yourself again

Fatigue, brain fog, low drive, and stubborn body composition get written off as "getting older." Often they're signs of declining testosterone. LIFE NP offers lab-guided men's hormone care, including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) when clinically appropriate, managed by a licensed nurse practitioner who follows your numbers closely.

Signs Worth Checking

Sound familiar?

Energy & focus

Constant fatigue, afternoon crashes, and brain fog that coffee doesn't fix, even when you're sleeping enough.

Drive & mood

Low libido, flat motivation, irritability, or a general sense that your edge is gone.

Body composition

Losing muscle despite training, gaining fat around the middle, and slower recovery from workouts.

Our Approach

Data first, treatment second

  • Full lab panel. Total and free testosterone, estradiol, blood counts, and metabolic markers, so you have the full picture before any treatment decision.
  • Individual evaluation. Symptoms and labs together, not a number on a lab sheet alone, determine whether TRT or another approach is right for you.
  • Careful ongoing monitoring. Regular follow-up labs and visits to keep your treatment effective and safe over the long term.
  • Straight answers. If TRT isn't appropriate for you, we'll tell you, and help you address what's actually going on.
TRT is prescription therapy with real considerations, including effects on fertility. Your provider will walk through benefits, risks, and alternatives before any treatment begins.

FAQ

Men's hormone questions

How do I know if my testosterone is low?
The only way to know is lab work, interpreted alongside your symptoms. Your first membership visit includes a full review of your history, and your provider will order the right panel to establish your baseline.
Do you prescribe TRT on the first visit?
Only if a complete evaluation of your history, symptoms, and current labs supports it. If we need labs first, treatment starts after they're reviewed. Careful beats fast when it comes to hormones.
What forms of treatment do you offer?
Treatment plans are individualized and may include injectable testosterone or other clinically appropriate options, plus supportive medications when indicated. Your provider will discuss what fits your labs, lifestyle, and goals.
Is monitoring really included?
Yes. Follow-up visits, dose adjustments, and provider messaging are all part of the $150/month membership. Lab and medication costs are separate and always discussed up front.
